Dream Row Apartment II
Photography by Trevor Tondro
Our clients from the Middle East purchased this expansive apartment in a midtown New York City iconic building to use as a pied-a-terre.

Set on a high floor with staggering views, we created a contemporary, minimalist home with an elemental, bold color palette of black, white and grey.

The foyer sets the stage, with walls covered in shagreen embossed leather panels, against which we placed a sculptural table and bench.

The open living/dining room beyond is furnished for flexibility—a party for dozens of works as well as family TV sprawling. An elegant mix of artisan pieces, vintage items, and statement furnishings is used; this amalgam highlights the exciting pieces and creates a dialogue between the furnishings that is elegant, refined, and even whimsical at times. The luxury is clear but understated.

Our furnishing selections, made with a curatorial eye, were kept low to allow the fullest enjoyment of the vistas beyond.
